ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
a) The CCTV system should be designed and installed in accordance with Cheshire Constabulary’s CCTV guidance document called “CCTV in Licensed Premises - an Operational Requirement”.
b) The Images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in an unedited format for a period of not less than 28 days.
c) CCTV equipment shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
d) Designated supervisors will need to demonstrate that their CCTV system complies with their Operational requirements. They will need to be able to demonstrate the following: -
• Recordings are fit for their intended purpose.
• Good quality images are presented to the officer in a format that can be replayed on a standard computer.
• The supervisor has an understanding of the equipment/training.,
• Management records are kept.
• Maintenance agreements and records are maintained.
• Data Protection principles and signage are in place.
e) Any person who is employed to have operational responsibility for the premises, must be trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment.
f) That person(s) must, upon reasonable request and as soon as practicable, make CCTV images available to a Police Officer or other Authorised Officer.
g) When a request for CCTV is made by the Police, any footage should be uploaded using a secure link provided by the officer which will be sent to the appropriate person via an email or text message.
h) The premise licence holder and DPS shall not sell alcohol direct on site, alcohol shall be purchased online through sites such as Amazon and shall then be dispatched direct to consumer.
i) The general public shall not be allowed on site.

3. PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

4. THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
a) KAMMAC Limited shall not sell alcohol direct on site, alcohol shall be purchased online through third party sites such as Amazon and shall then be dispatched direct to consumers using delivery companies such as DPD, Amazon, Evri who shall have age verification in place.
b) The premises are for the storage and distribution of alcohol only and are not open to the public, online orders only prior to delivery to customers.
c) Details of all sales shall be completed by the main operator to include, the customer’s name, delivery address, telephone number and details of the order including the amount and description of alcohol.
d) The consumer shall complete an online age verification check when purchasing and shall also be asked to show ID on delivery to ensure that no underage customers are sold alcohol.
e) The details are to be kept on the company’s database at the unit for inspection by on request.
f) All deliveries of alcohol must be made to bona fide addresses.
g) The drivers shall enter details of the time and date of delivery, amount of alcohol delivered, total cost of order, customers signature, age check box and any refusal of the sale of alcohol and reason why, on the company’s website.
h) All internally employed drivers and staff employed by the company shall receive regular in-house training in relation to the prevention of underage sales of alcohol.
i) Alcohol shall not be delivered to any person under the age of 18 years.
j) Kammac Ltd shall ensure that each package containing alcohol has a clear label, stating that it contains alcohol along with a Challenge 25 notice.
