ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
1) All staff will receive training relative to their role in the business; this training will include but is not limited to the requirements of this licence. All training shall be documented for each member of staff and must be repeated at not less than six monthly intervals.
Please see additional conditions under the prevention of crime and disorder in Annexe 3, imposed by the Licensing Act 2003 on 27th April 2022.
PUBLIC SAFETY
2) A bin collection service shall operate on a weekly basis. The bins shall be stored in an enclosed area.
3) Waste bins will be available for public use.
4) Staff shall be trained in health and safety procedures, as well as first aid.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
5) Measures shall be taken to ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum during operating hours.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
6) No children under 16 are to be served without adults present.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED FOLLOWING A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY ON 27TH APRIL 2022
1) Delivery vehicles shall switch off their engines whilst stationary and collecting orders for delivery and they will not have loud music on in the vehicle that may cause any disturbance to local residents. Delivery vehicle horns shall not be used at any time, except in accordance with the Highway Code.
2) A CCTV system shall be used and shall be designed and installed in accordance with the Cheshire Constabulary’s CCTV guidance document called ‘CCTV in Licensed Premises - An Operational Requirement’. This system shall be in operation at all times when licensable activities are taking place.
3) Recorded CCTV images will be maintained and stored for a period of twenty-eight days,
4) A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public. This staff member shall be able to provide a Police officer or an authorised officer of the licensing authority data or footage upon request. All requests for footage are to be provided within a reasonable time scale.
5) Designated supervisors will need to demonstrate that their CCTV system complies with their Operational requirements. They will need to be able to demonstrate the following:-
· Recordings are fit for their intended purpose,
· Good quality images are presented to the officer in a format that can be replayed on a
standard computer
· The supervisor has an understanding of the equipment/training,
· Management records are kept,
· Maintenance agreements and records are maintained,
· Data Protection principles and signage are in place.
6) Only staff members, officers from Responsible authorities and persons carrying out maintenance/safety checks are permitted to be behind the counter, in the food preparation and storage areas. No customers to be allowed behind the counter at any time.
7) Staff shall implement a dispersal policy outside the premises, within the area under the direct control of the licence holder, to reduce risks of public nuisance. Youths will be politely encouraged to move from the entrance of the premises to prevent the potential of causing nuisance to other customers, or any general intimidating behaviour.
8) The Premises Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor when employing staff members will carry out checks on the person to ensure that they have the right to live and work in the UK, any Concerns regarding a potential employee are to be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities.
9) All checks made and along with the outcome will be documented in an appropriate book or spreadsheet. Staff will only be employed if they have the correct entitlement to live/work in the UK.
10) The documented checks will be made available for inspection at the request of Local Authority Officers, Police and Immigration.
11) A written record shall be kept on the premises by the Premises Licence Holder of every person employed on the premises in a register for that purpose. That record shall contain the following details: time/date he/she starts and finishes each duty, name, address and date of birth of each member of staff - including delivery drivers, record of vehicle registration numbers used in any delivery service and copy of vehicle insurance.

The plan of the premises forms part of the licence.
