ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
1) CCTV is installed in the premises and shall comply with the Cheshire Constabulary Operational Guidelines for CCTV. (Document Dated April 2013).
2) Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity is taking place on the premises.
3) A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and shall include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished. The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her. Where the recording is on a removable medium (I.E. CD, Flash card etc.) a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
4) CCTV Images shall be made available to the police or an authorised officer on request for crim prevention/detection purposes. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that there are sufficient staff trained on the premises who can download CCTV images at the time of a request to maximise the effectiveness of any police enquiry to detect and prosecute offenders.
5) Only staff members, officers from Responsible authorities and persons carrying out maintenance/safety checks are permitted to be behind the counter, in the food preparation and storage areas. No customers to be allowed behind the counter at any time.
6) The Premises Licence Holder when employing staff will carry out checks on the person to ensure that they have the right to live and work in the UK, any concerns regarding a potential employee are to be brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities.
7) A written record shall be kept on the premises by the Premises Licence Holder of every person employed to work on the premises in a register for that purpose. That record shall contain the following details: date he/she began employment, and the date he/she left employment along with their name, address and date of birth.
8) All checks made and the outcome will be documented in an appropriate book or spreadsheet and this will be made available for inspection at the request of Local Authority Officers and Police.
PUBLIC SAFETY
None.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
9) All doors and windows must be kept closed (except to allow ingress and exit) between 23.00 and 1.30am.
10) No music will be played within the premises and there will be no external speakers used outside.
11) Refuse will not be removed from the premises for disposal between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00am.
12) There will be placed immediately outside the entrance/exit to the premises one bin for customers to dispose of their waste.
13) At the end of every evening, a member of staff will ensure that any rubbish immediately outside the premises will be collected and disposed of appropriately.
14) There shall be placed at the entrance/exit notices requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
None.
