ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
See below conditions offered up by the applicant at the Licensing Sub Committee hearing on 12th September 2017.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AT A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. General
(a) A defined queuing system shall be operated at the premises.
2. Prevention of Crime & Disorder
(a) A panic button will be provided for staff at the premises.
(b) No person who is drunk, disorderly or threatening violence shall be served at the premises. (c) Use of the Nite-net radio system.
(d) There shall be a CCTV system that complies with the Cheshire Constabulary CCTV Operational Requirements) and the images shall be made available on request to the police for crime prevention and detection purposes.
3. Public Safety
(a) Fire-fighting equipment shall be maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions on an annual basis, and such checks will be recorded.
(b) Management shall carry out regular Health and Safety audits, and a written record shall be kept.
(c) All team working late nights win the store will be trained to be aware of any problems occurring during the night and measures required whether to remove people or close the store.
4. The Prevention of Public Nuisance
(a) After 11pm the chairs and tables will be removed in the customer area and the store will be a takeout only operating in order to minimise customers loitering.
(b) Staff will use their best endeavours to ensure that customers do not congregate outside the premises.
(c) Deliveries will only be made between 07:30 and 17:30 on Mondays to Fridays and 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. There shall be no deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
(d) Refuse will only be collected between 07:30 and 17:30 on Mondays to Fridays and 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays. There shall be no collections on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
(e) Suitable provision shall be made for the storage and collection of refuse.
(f) A Notice shall be prominently displayed at the main entrance / exit requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and leave the area quietly.

The plan of the premises forms part of the licence.
