ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSITENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Areas for the consumption of food and drink on the premises are to be available at all times the premises is open.
All tables and chairs are to be removed from the ground floor and stored in the upstairs lobby at 19.00hrs. From 19.00hrs the premises will operate as a take-away only and the upstairs lobby will be closed to members of the public.
CCTV to be installed and recordings will be retained for a minimum of 30 days.
No person who is drunk, disorderly or threatening violence shall be served at the premises.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Regular Health & Safety audits shall be carried out by a member of management and a written record of such audits shall be kept.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Deliveries will only be made between 07.30 until 17.30 Monday to Friday and 09.00 until 16.00 on a Saturday. Deliveries will not be made on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, or other Public Holiday.
Refuse will only be collected between 07.30 until 17.30 Monday to Friday, and 09.00 until16.00 on a Saturday. Refuse will not be collected on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, or other Public Holiday.
The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that a suitable contract is in place at the premises for the storage and disposal of any waste products theron. This should be in the form of a rigid 1100 litre container bin which should be serviced regularly so as to prevent spillage from the container and loose waste on the premises which could cause nuisance.
Notices shall be displayed in prominent positions requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents, which are to include noise and the disposal of litter.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Litter
Staff will carry out a litter pick at the end of trading on a Friday & Saturday night.
A temporary litter bin will be provided directly outside the premises whilst licensable activities are being carried out.
