ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
Digital CCTV is installed and images securely stored on hard drive for a minimum of 31 days. CCTV footage shall be made available to the Police for the purposes of crime prevention and crime detection.
Log Books
The premises will operate log books to record: Incidents of Crime, ID signatures, Alcohol Authorisation.
Spirits
Spirits and high value wines shall be stored and served from behind the counter.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Signs
Signs shall be displayed requesting customers to leave the area quickly and quietly.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 25
The premises shall fully operate a Challenge 25 Scheme, with the appropriate signage displayed on the premises in prominent positions.
The only forms of ID accepted as proof of age shall be (at the discretion of the Manager) a valid passport, a photographic driving licence, H.M. Forces Warrant card or a PASS approved proof of age card. No other form of identification shall be accepted.
Register of Refusals
The Premises Licence Holder shall operate and maintain an up-to-date Register of Refusals of Sale of Alcohol (electronic or written), indicating the date, time and reason for refusal which shall be made available for inspection by Trading Standards, Local Authority Licensing Officers and Police.
Training
A documented training programme shall be in place for all staff in a position to sell alcohol. The contents of that programme shall be made available for inspection at the request of Trading Standards, Local Authority Officers and Police.
The premises licence holder / DPS shall conduct quarterly reviews with each person authorised to sell alcohol in order to reinforce the training and to promote best practice. A written record shall be made of the content of such reviews.
