ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours specified on the licence.

Licensable Activities
All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

Prevention of Crime and Disorder

CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

Prevention of Public Nuisance

Doors and Windows
All doors and windows within the premises shall be kept closed at all times whilst entertainment is taking place, except in the case of emergencies.

Protection of Children From Harm

Supervision
Children shall be required to be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
