ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

CCTV
There shall be a CCTV system installed and operational at all times the premises licence is being operated and which shall comply with the Cheshire Constabulary Guidance Document including storage and access of footage.
The management must be able to download footage of incidents in a suitable format on request by the police for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
