ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
CCTV system shall comply with the operational requirements document for Cheshire Constabulary as of 8th April 2011.
Footage shall be provided upon reasonable request for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
Spirits
All spirits shall be displayed behind the counter with sales made by counter service only.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
A Challenge 21 policy shall be operated at the premises at all times. The only acceptable forms of ID shall be a valid passport, photographic driving licence, HM Forces ID card or a PASS approved proof of age card. No other form of identification shall be accepted. Publicity materials notifying customers of the operation of the "Challenge 21" scheme shall be displayed at the premises.
Register of Refusals
The Premises Licence holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall operate and maintain an up-to-date Register of Refusals of Sale of Alcohol (electronic or written) indicating the date, time and reason for the refusal which shall be made available for inspection by Trading Standards, Local Authority Licensing Officers and Police.
Staff Training
A documented training scheme shall be introduced for all staff in a position to sell alcohol. The contents of that scheme shall be made available for inspection at the request of Trading Standards, Local Authority Licensing Officers and Police.
Refresher alcohol sales staff training shall be undertaken at least on an annual basis with written training records provided for inspection to an authorised officer of a responsible authority upon reasonable request, however during the first twelve month period from grant, refresher training shall be undertaken with all staff every three months with written records available for inspection.
