ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV
Digital CCTV shall be installed and maintained on a 24 hour basis. Data will be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to the police for evidential purposes. A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished. The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. video tape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
Consumption
Alcohol shall only be consumed within the area indicated in green as 'M&S Kitchen - 112 covers' on drawing no 2906 dated 08-02-10.
No open glass, bottle or other vessel containing alcohol may be taken outside this area, unless by a member of staff.
Alcohol for consumption off the premises shall be sold in a sealed vessel.
The protection of children from harm
'Challenge 25'
'Challenge 25' proof of age scheme shall be operated for all sales of alcohol
Till prompts
Till prompts shall be in place to remind staff at point of sale to ensure that the purchaser is over 18.
Displays
All displays of alcohol shall be appropriately ticketed to advise purchasers that it is an offence for those under 18 to purchase alcohol.
