ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
The premises shall be fitted with CCTV equipment. The recordings shall be kept for 28 days. In the event of equipment failure, KFC shall replace/repair the CCTV equipment as soon as practically possible. Notices shall be displayed regarding CCTV equipment.
Security
The premises shall be fitted with alarms and have an under the counter panic buttons linked to a 24 hour monitoring service.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Glass
There shall be a no glass policy in place. No drinks or meals shall be supplied with glass containers.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Litter
Waste bins shall be provided inside and outside the premises. These bins shall be emptied and cleaned on a daily basis.
The DEFRA voluntary code of practice on reducing litter caused by 'food on the go’ shall be in place. Specifically conducting daily litter picks in the immediate vicinity of the unit.
