ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:
() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
The CCTV installed shall comply with the enclosed Cheshire Constabulary Operating Requirements standard. Images shall be made available to the Police for crime prevention and detection purposes in a suitable format.
Alcohol
Alcohol display shall be located at least halfway into the store and will be covered by CCTV cameras.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Security Guards
Security Guarding will be carried out during store opening hours, seven days per week.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 25
Challenge 25 shall be implemented at all times on the premises. All management and staff shall be aware of the scheme. Publicity materials informing all customers of the operation of Challenge 25 shall be displayed at the premises.
Training
Training records shall be maintained and available for inspection.
