ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
CCTV
The CCTV shall comply with Cheshire Constabulary Guidance Document including storage and access of the footage to the police for crime detection and prevention purposes.(copy attached).
Refusals Book
The Premise Licence holder shall operate & maintain an up to date register of refusals, which will be made available for inspection by the Trading Standards Department and the police.
Alcohol
The sale of spirits shall be by counter service.
Training
A documented training scheme shall be introduced for all staff. The scheme shall be made availble for inspection at the request of the Licensing Authority, Trading Standards Department and the Police. The premise licence holder/DPS shall conduct quarterly reviews with all members of staff and anybody authorised to sell alcohol in order to reinforce the training and to promote best practice. A written record shall be maintained of such reviews.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
The bin outside the premises shall be emptied and checked on a regular basis.
The outside area will be monitored to ensure that customers do not congegrate outside the premises.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 25
A challenge 25 policy shall be operated at the premises at all times. All staff shall check indentification of all persons who appear to be less than 25 years old. This check shall be made by examining either a passport, photographic driving licence or a PASS approved proof of age card. No other form of identification shall be accepted.
Publicity materials notifying customers of Challenge 25 shall be displayed on the premise.
Alcohol
The premise licence holder/DPS shall maintain a file at the premises for each person authorised to sell alcohol. The file shall contain all training for that person and shall be available for inspection by Licensing Authority, Trading Standards Department and Police.
