ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDIONS
Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:
() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Sales shall be restricted to internet/telephone orders.
No direct sales from the premises.
Only alcohol ordered and on the delivery order shall be carried on the vehicles.
THE PREVENTION OF HARM TO CHILDREN
Delivery staff shall be trained to ensure that deliveries comply with the Licensing Act 2003 and establish that deliveries are only made to persons over 18 years of age.
A refusals log book shall be maintained by delivery staff.
