ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:
() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Alcohol
Alcohol shall only be served ancilliary to food purchased by customers.
Drinking Water
Drinking water shall be available to diners on request free of charge when the premises are open to the public.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy shall be 125 persons at any one time.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
Signage shall be visible requesting customers to leave quietly and respect neighbouring properties.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
No persons under the age of 18 shall be allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.
ANNEX 3 - CONDITION ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
