ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;
() at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDLE
The prevention of crime and disorder
CCTV
Where CCTV is installed it shall be to the standards of Cheshire Constabulary.
CCTV cameras shall monitor the interior of the premises.
Alcohol
Spirits shall be stored and served from behind the counter. Limited supplies of alcohol shall be stored on the premises. Excess stocks of alcohol shall be stored in a secured room at the rear of the shop, with no access by customers.
Records
Records of all incidents and false/forged ID shall be maintained in hard backed registers and all information shall be retained for a period of two years.
The protection of children from harm
Challenge 21
The premises shall operate 'Challenge 21' with appropriate signage displayed on the premises and all refusals to suspected underage persons shall be entered by staff into a log book and retained for 2 years.
