ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

1)     Supply of Alcohol

No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;

()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

The prevention of crime and disorder

Drugs, violence and anti-social behaviour
A policy of zero tolerance on drugs, violence or any form of anti-social behaviour or disorder to the local community shall be in place.

Staff shall be vigilant as customers depart the premises to ensure no problems arise.

Bottles
No open bottles or containers shall be allowed to leave the premises.

Restaurant style operation
Substantial table meals shall be available at all times that alcohol is sold.
There shall be seating for all customers.

The prevention of public nuisance

Notices
Notices requesting customers to leave quietly and respectfully to any neighbours shall be displayed.

The protection of children from harm

House rules
The premises shall have house rules relating to children and they shall be the responsibility of the DPS.

Challenge 21
Challenge 21 scheme shall be in place and staff shall be trained to a high standard.
