ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Seating
There shall be provision for seating for each customer.
Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages and water shall be available at all times the premises are open.
Alcohol
Substantial table meals shall be available when alcohol is being sold or supplied.
Anti-Social Behaviour
There shall be a zero tolerance to drugs, violence or any form of anti-social behaviour or disorder to the local community.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Notices
Notices shall be displayed internally at exits and also in key areas, requesting the public to respect the needs of the local residents by keeping noise to a minimum when using both the outside areas of the Premises and when leaving the premises and the area, to do so quickly and quietly. All such signs must be in a permanent form, prominently placed and legible.
No external speakers shall be used outside the building.
Refuse, including bottles shall not be removed from the building for disposal between to hours of 23.00 and 07.00.
Deliveries, servicing and collections, including waste collection, shall not take place outside the following hours: 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 16.00 on Saturdays, at all on Sundays, Bank Holidays and public holidays.
On the closing of the premises the Premises Licence holder/Designated Premises Supervisor or a member of their staff shall ensure that groups of people do not remain congregated outside the premises.
No drinks shall be removed from the premises in open containers after 22.30.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
A Challenge 21 scheme shall be in place and staff trained to a high standard. All recognised proof of age cards shall be accepted eg passport, portman group, UK photo driving licence.
