ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
CCTV system shall be designed, maintained and retained in accordance with the Cheshire Police Good Practice Guide (enclosed). Images shall be made available for crime prevention and detection purposes.
Door Security
When door staff are employed, there shall be a door register containing details of when each person starts and finishes, including any breaks, the badge number and signature, a nominal register containing name, address and contact details of each door supervisor and where employed via an agency, details of the agency together with an incident log which shall be retained and made available for inspection to the police and authorised officers of the council for 2 years.
Non-Alcoholic Beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages including drinking water shall be available at all times the premises are open to the public for the sale and supply of alcohol.
Irresponsible Drink Promotions
There shall be no happy hour/irresponsible drink promotions.
Pubwatch
The Premises Licence holder shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the DPS or other nominated manager of staff shall be a member of Pubwatch and use their best endeavours to attend regular meetings.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Signs
Signs shall be displayed reminding patrons to respect neighbours and other guests and request them to leave quietly.
Waste Disposal
There shall be no external disposal of rubbish between 23.00 and 08.00.
Noise
Noise shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a statutory nuisance to nearby properties.
Refreshments
Substantial refreshments shall always be available until half an hour before the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
A Challenge 21 policy shall be applied.
