ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:

() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

CCTV
The CCTV system shalls comply with the Cheshire Constabulary Guidance document including storage and access of the footage.

Alcohol shall be stored in a secured room.

THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

The area directly outside the premises shall be kept clean and tidy at all times.

THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

Challenge 21
The Challenge 21/proof of age scheme shall be operated by staff.

All counter staff shall be trained in the Challenge 21 policy and signs shall be displayed to this effect.
