Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:

() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

Drinking Water
Drinking water shall be avilable to diners on request free of charge when the premises are open to the public.

Alcohol
Alcohol shall be served ancillary to food purchased by customers.

PUBLIC SAFETY

Noise
No deliveries to or refuse shall be collected from the premises outside the hours of 10.00 & 23.00 on Sunday & Thursday, public holidays & bank holidays and 10.00 & midnight on any Friday or Saturday.
