ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol
No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence:
() at a time when there is no designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence, or
() at a time when the designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a Personal Licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Alcohol
Alcohol shall only be sold ancillary to persons having a table meal on the premises or to persons purchasing alcohol to consume off the premises.
Alcohol sold for consumption off the premises shall only be supplied in sealed containers.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Signs
Signs shall be displayed asking customers to show consideration to residents by leaving the premises in a quiet manner.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
The premises shall operate a Challenge 21 policy in that anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall not be served alcohol unless they have suitable proof of age (for example a 10 year Passport, Portman Group Card or Photo Driving Licence).
ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Noise
The outside area and concertina doors to be closed at 22.00 each evening licensable activities are taking place on the premises.
No bottles or glass refuse to be removed after 21.30.
Regulated entertainment to cease at 22.00 Monday to Sunday.
