ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Door Supervisors
Where any Door Supervisors are used at the premises they shall be registered with the Security Industry Authority.
A nominal register shall be maintained listing details of each door supervisor and where employed through an agency, the details of the door company.
A register recording times each door supervisor is on duty including badge number and signature.
Both registers shall be available for inspection at all reasonable times to police officers or a council representative.
Door supervisors shall be required to wear a reflective jacket or waistcoat in yellow or orange and it shall be clearly labelled to identify the wearer as a door supervisor. The SIA badge shall be displayed in a secure breast pocket.

CCTV
If a CCTV system is installed it shall comply with the Cheshire Constabulary operational requirements.
Designated Premises Supervisor
The Deisgnated Premises Supervisor shall be transferred into the name of an individual who has day to day management of the premises before the premises opens for trading.
Alcohol
Table meals shall be available whilst alcohol is being sold, and until not more than 1 hour before then end of such sales.
Discounted Drinks
There shall be a policy of not offering any discounted drinks.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children
Children shall not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
Adult Entertainment
There shall be no adult entertainment.
