ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

Exhibition of films

The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

The prevention of crime and disorder

Security
Staff shall be trained to an acceptable level on all security issues.
Zero tolerance of abusive behavior/drugs.

Public safety

Emergency procedures
Fire exit & emergency signage shall be in place.
Fire extinguishers/tannoy system shall be available.

The prevention of public nuisance

Noise
All regulated entertainment shall be strictly monitored by staff to ensure that noise disturbance is minimised and controlled.

Seasonal variation
During the months of October and November, a period of 31 days will be allowed whereby the hours granted will be 10.00 hours to 23.00 hours 7 days a week. This 31 day period must be applied for in writing each year and approval given by Licensing Authority in consultation with the Local Authorities Public Protection Service(Noise). The applicant must apply at least 2 months prior to the commencement of the 31 day period each year.
