ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

1)     Supply of Alcohol

No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;

()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

2) Exhibition of films

The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

The prevention of crime and disorder

CCTV
The CCTV system shall comply with the Cheshire Constabulary Guidance Document including the storage and access of footage

Visitors
There shall be in place strict code of behaviour policies for all visitors.
All visitors to the premises shall be monitored and controlled by staff.

Public safety

Occupancy
Occupancy levels shall be limited to 150 persons

Alcohol
Drivers of race cars shall only be allowed to purchase alcohol on completion of all their races.
Alcohol shall only be served for consumption to spectators of races at the discretion of the management.

Protection of children from harm

Children up to the age of 18 who are allowed on the premises as spectators shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
No person under 18 shall be allowed to participate in races.
