ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The event shall be co-ordinated in accordance with the event risk assessment.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Each entrance gate to the field shall be patrolled by a security steward who will refuse entry to any individual who in their opinion is an unsuitable person to attend the event.
All minors shall be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No alcoholic drink shall be brought onto the playing field by any member of the public.
Alcoholic drink shall only be available from WPC Leisure Centre and consumed in accordance with their licence.
Stewards wearing yellow Carnival T Shirts shall patroll the field throughout the afternoon.
Any person causing a nuisance shall be asked to leave the field.
Public Safety
Any potential hazard shall be cleraly indentified and the areas shall be roped off.The use of electricity shall only be installed by a qualified electrician using equipment protected by RCB as required.
Stewards shall be aware of emergency procedures.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Any instances which appear to be causing public nuisance shall be brought to the attention of the WCC Chairman who shall take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
Any instances which appear to be causing a public nuisance shall be brough to the attention of the Winwick Carnival Committee Chairman who shall take appropriate action to resolve the matter.
Protection of Children from Harm
Stewards wearing blue Winwick Carnival T Shirts shall patrol the field throughout the afternoon.
Parents to supervise children at all times.
In areas of moving machinery the stewards are to enusre the operators have taken appropriate action to safeguard the area.
