  Stewards wearing Winwick Carnival T Shirts shall patrol the field throughout the afternoon.  Each entrance gate to the field shall be patrolled by a security steward.

  No alcoholic drink shall be brought onto the playing field.

   

   

  PUBLIC SAFETY

   

  Hazards

  Any potential hazard shall be clearly identified and areas shall be roped off.

   

   

  PROTECTION OF CHILDREN

   

  Children

  Parents are to supervise their children at all times.

   

  In areas of moving machinery, eg fairground, the stewards shall ensure the operators have taken the appropriate action to safeguard the area.
