ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Staff Patrols
Regular patrols of the field and the adjacent areas will be undertaken by the event marshals.
Radio's
Two way radio's shall be used by event marshals and the control tent.
Public Safety
Risk Assessment
A full risk assessment shall be completed before the event.
First Aid
First aid facilities shall be clearly identifiable. There shall be a st John's Ambulance and a paramedic present at the event.
Emergency Exits
The main entrace to the field shall be staffed by marshalls wearing high visability jackets to ensure good public access and egress to the carnival field.
Emergency exits shall be clearly marked and marshall shall direct the public to them in the event of an emergency.
Insurance
Full public liability insurance shall be in place for the event.
Stall holders shall not be allowed on the field unless their insurance is up to date.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Waste Receptacles
Waste receptacles shall be provided for general rubbish and litter to be deposited in.
Protection of Children form Harm
Children
No unaccompanied children under 16 will be allowed in the bar area.
