ANNEXE 1 - MADNATORY CONDITIONS
Exhibition of films
The admission of children under the age of 18 to film exhibitions permitted under the terms of this licence shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification, where the film has been classified by that Board.
Door Supervision
All persons employed at the premises to carry out a security activity must be authorised to carry out that activity by a licence granted under the Private Security Industry Act 2001 or entitled to carry out that activity by virtue of section 4 of that Act.
ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
Door Supervisors
a) There will be Golden Square security staff patrolling the licensed area who will all have radio communication with each other and the Golden Square Control Room.
CCTV
a) CCTV will be in operation at all times.
b) Management shall work closely with Cheshire Constabulary prior to and during every Golden Square event.
PUBLIC SAFETY
a) Golden Square hosts, housekeepers and security guards shall have radio communication with each other and the Control room.
b) All events shall be individually risked assessed.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
a) Security guards shall patrol and monitor the area and shall have access to the Town Centre link radio system and via this they shall also link with the Police and Town Centre PCSOs.
b) Signage will be displayed to inform the public that the Centre Management team has the right to refuse entry to anyone causing a nuisance.
c) Public address messages are made along with visible notices to advise the public to leave the area quietly.
d) Litter bins shall be provided.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
a) A lost child policy shall be in place
b) All operational events staff have a disclosure check
c) During the events signs are displayed to inform parents that children must be supervised at all times.
