ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Pubwatch
The premises licence holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme.
Drugs
A Zero tolerance policy towards Drugs will be in operation
Drink Promotions
No sales promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption shall be offered to customers.
Toughened Glasses
Toughened glasses will be used for pint and half pint glasses during the hours of operation
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Noise
No nuisance shall be caused by noise or vibration coming from or transmitted through the structure of buildings. This includes any external plant or equipment attached to the premises within the curtilage of the premises.
No external speakers shall be used outside the building.
There shall be placed at all exits of the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public [or members and their guests] notices requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly. This condition also extends to car parks where car radios and members of the public may cause disturbance to local residents.
Refuse, including bottles, shall not be removed from the building for disposal between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.
Protection of Children from Harm
Children
The Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that alcohol is not served to people under 18 years of age.
No adult entertainment is permitted at the premises.
Any child under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by an adult and remain their responsibility.
