  (a)              A register of any incidents occurring on the premises will be kept and make available to the police and authorised officers upon request.

  (b)              A full CCTV system shall be maintained and operated at the premises 24 hours a day.

  (c)              Recorded CCTV images will be maintained and stored for a period of fourteen days.
