ANNEXE 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
A CCTV system shall be maintained and operated at the premises with cameras positioned both internally and externally and operated at the premises 24 hours a day.
Recorded CCTV images will be maintained and stored for a period of twenty-eight days and shall be produced to the Police or Licensing Authority upon request.
CCTV will be in operation at any time a person is in the premises. Where CCTV is recorded onto a hard drive system, any DVDs subsequently produced will be in a format so it can be played back on a Standard PC or DVD player.
Any person left in charge of the premises must be trained in the use of any such CCTV equipment, and be able to produce CCTV images to an officer from a Responsible Authority upon request.
Incident Log
The premises shall maintain an incident log.
A register of any incidents occurring on the premises will be kept and make available to the police and authorised officers upon request.
PUBLIC SAFETY
First Aid
A first aid box will be available at the premises at all times.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
Noise from within the premises shall not be such as to cause a noise nuisance to occupants of nearby premises.
Notices
Notices will be positioned at the exits to the building requesting customers to leave in a quiet manner.
Litter
The exterior of the building shall be cleared of litter at regulare intervals.
ANNEXE 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AT A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
Deliveries
Premises to cease on site sales from 12 midnight on Sundays to Thursdays with home deliveries to continue until 3am.
ANNEXE 4 - PLAN OF THE PREMISES
The plan of the premises forms part of the licence.
ANNEXE 5 - DATE LICENCE FIRST GRANTED
