ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention oc Crime and Disorder
CCTV
CCTV shall be installed and operational at the premises.
Alcohol
Staff shall be trained to be aware of the need to recognise drunkenness and to ensure that the service of liquor is refused to those who have consumed excessive alcohol.
Persons who are drunk shall not be permitted to enter the premises.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Refuse
Food and waste shall be disposed of in vermin proof bins.
Refuse shall be removed regularly.
Noise
Air conditioning and ventilation machinery shall be maintained so as not to produce excessive noise.
All doors and windows shall remain closed after 11.00pm, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is taking place.
Notices
Notices shall be placed at the exit requiring customers to be quiet on leaving to prevent disturbance to local residents.
The Prevention of Harm to Children
Proof of Age Schemes - Challenge 21
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy that employees challenge all persons purchasing alcohol who appear to be under 21 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
