ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and shall include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished. The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
DOOR SUPERTVISORS
There shall be one SIA registered door supervisor on duty on Friday & Saturday nights from 00.00 until the premises closes.
Door supervisors shall be required to wear reflective waistcoats to the approved standard as agreed with the police, with the approved lettering 'security' on the front and back and a clear plastic pocket to display the SIA badge securely in a prominent location.
A written record in the form of a hard backed, bound register with consecutively numbered pages shall be kept on the premises by the manager, of every person employed as a door supervisor at the premises. That record shall contain the following information:
() the name, date of birth, badge or licence number and residential address of that person;
() the time at which he commenced the period of duty, with a signed acknowledgement by that person;
() the time at which he finished the period of duty, with a signed acknowledgement by that person;
() any time during the period of duty when he was not on duty; and
() Where the door supervisor is employed via an agency, full details of that agency shall be record.
() The register shall be available for inspection on demand by an authorised officer of the Council, Police or SIA.
TERMINAL HOUR
The premises shall close at 5am on the morning following service on Tuesday, Friday at Saturday nights.
OCCUPANCY
There shall be no more than 15 persons inside the premises at any one time.
ALCOHOL
No person in possession of an alcoholic drink in an unsealed container shall be allowed entry to the premises.
TOWN CENTRE RADIO
The premises shall subscribe to, and use, the NiteNet radio system or similar to ensure that information can be passed between the premises in the vicinity.
INCIDENT LOG
An incident log shall be maintained and checked by the manager on a weekly basis. The log shall be made available for inspection by an authorised Officer of the Council or Police.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
LITTER
All litter within the immediate area of the premises shall be removed.
