ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Door Security
When door staff are employed there shall be a register containing the following details:-
1) A nominal role of all door staff employed including details of name, address, date of birth, SIA badge number and details of the agency employing them.
2) A daily log sheet including the name of each door person, their SIA badge number, the time of commencement and end of duty, together with any periods during that time when the door person is not on duty and their signature.
3) An incident log book to enable the recording of incidents in the premises.
Door Security staff shall wear an approved high visibility garment in yellow or orange.
CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
A written record shall be kept of images that are recorded by CCTV and shall include details of the recording medium used, the time and date recording commenced and finished. The record shall identify the person responsible for the recording and shall be signed by him/her. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
Pubwatch
The Premises Licence Holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local Pubwatch Scheme.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Containers
The Licence Holder shall ensure that all drinks sold for consumption on the terrace must be in a container made from non-splintering plastic, paper or shatterproof glass.
Non-alcoholic beverages shall be available for consumption on the mezzanine floor.
On the mezzanine floor there shall be seating for a minimum of 60% of the customers.
When in use, either the mezzanine level bar shall be staffed or drinks shall be by waiter/waitress service.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
All doors and windows to be kept closed after the hour of 22.00.
Notices
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises prominent, clear and legible notices that can be easily read by the public, requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
There shall be in place at the premises prominent, clear and legibile notices advising customers to use the public car parks.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children
No persons under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises except on Sundays between the hours of 12.00 and 18.00
