  Mandatory Conditions

   

  1)     Supply of Alcohol

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence;

   

  ()       at a time when here is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  ()       at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  maximum occupancy of 160 persons

   

  all doors and windows must be closed during performance of amplified or unamplified music or voices

   

  Notices asking customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly

   

  licence holder to conduct regular assessments of noise and, if necessary, take steps to reduce when causing a disturbance to local residents

   

  No external speakers shall be used outside the building

   

  No use of any outside area

   

  refuse including bottles not to be removed from the building for disposal between 23:00 to 07:00.
