ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.
The Sale and supply of intoxicatin liquors shall be restricted to persons attending pre booked functions at the premises.
A list of pre booked functions shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available on request to a police officer, a member of the licensing committee or a licensing officer and shall be submitted in writing to the licensing officer at least 7 daysbeforehand.
There shall be no sales for consumption off the premises.
There shall be no application for occasional licences except within the remainder of the premises known as Grappenhall and District Ex Servicemens League.
B) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
1 Public Entertainment Licence - Permitted numbers
The maximum number of persons permitted to use the Premises at any one time shall not exceed for all purposes 350 persons or such lesser number of persons as the Premises can with ample safety, accommodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
2. Public Entertainment Licence - Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.
