• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  A)  CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003)

   

  Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises.

   

  On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31 December).

   

  Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

   

   

  )            MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

   

  Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  (1)          The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  (2)          Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container

  (3)          Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

   

  CCTV

  Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

   

   

  PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Notices

  The club shall display notices requiring members and their guests to have regard and respect the rights of neighbours in the vicinity when vacating the premises.  Such notices shall be displayed within the club and in the car park.

   

   

  PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Children

  Children shall only be allowed in the club premises until 20.30 and outside the premises until 21.30 in the company of adults who shall be participating in club activities.  The children shall not be allowed to play on the gaming machine or lottery machines.
