ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

Alcohol

1.              That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()                   at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
()                   at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

2.         That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

CCTV
The CCTV system is operative with tapes retained for 7 days.

Alcohol
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:
(i) persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal and/or
(ii) persons having purchased (or waiting for) take-away food.

THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

Signs
Signs requesting that customers leave the premises quietly shall be displayed at the exits.

Waste
No glassware to be collected from the premises or to be disposed of into outside waste receptacles between 20.00 and 08.00 hrs.

THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

Any person under 21 who attempts to purchase/consume alcohol - other than those permitted by section 150(4) of the Licensing Act 2003 - must produce valid photgraphic ID.
