ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
A policy of zero tolerance on drugs, violence or any form of anti-social behaviour or disorder to the local community shall be in place.
Staff shall be vigilant as customers depart premises to ensure no problems arise.
PUBLIC SAFETY
All areas shall be cleared of bottles/glasses on a regular basis and all exits/entrances to be kept clear at all times in case of emergency.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
The premise Licence Holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents. A written record of those assessments and the name of the person carrying out the checks. Details of the remedial action shall also be recorded.
No external speakers shall be used outside the building.
The use of any outside area shall cease at 22.00.
Notices shall be displayed requesting customers to leave quietly and respectfully to neighbours.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
The premises shall have in place house rules relating to children and they shall be the responsibility of the Designated Premises Supervisor.
Challenge 21 Scheme shall be in place.
Only recognised proof of age cards shall be accepted eg passport, portman group, uk phot ID driving licence.
