ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
A) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 6(8) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
1 Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours detailed on this licence.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
() during the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
() during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken away in an open vessel;
() during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as an ancillary to their meals;
() consumption of the alcohol on the premises, sale or supply of alcohol to(or the taking of) any person residing on the premises.
Suitable non alcoholic beverages including drinking water, shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the premises.
The premises must be bone fide used for the purpose of habitually providing the customary main meal at midday or in the evening, or both, for the accommodation of persons frequenting the premises.
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such persons.
B) CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE RELEVANT EXISTING LICENCE HAD EFFECT (PARAGRAPH 6(6) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).
1. Public Entertainment Licence - Permitted numbers
The maximum number of persons permitted to use the Premises at any one time shall not exceed for all purposes 99 persons or such lesser number of persons as the Premises can with ample safety, accommodate having regard to the nature of the entertainment provided.
2. Public Entertainment Licence - Standard Conditions
The Premises Licence is subject to all the standard conditions contained in the previous Public Entertainment Licence issued under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 as amended.
) MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Alcohol
That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Door Supervision
Only individuals licensed by the Security Industry Authority shall be used at the premises to guard against:
() unauthorised access or occupation (e.g. through door supervision), or
() outbreaks of disorder, or
() damage.
