ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
Internal and external CCTV at the premises shall be to the standard as recommended by the CCTV Cheshire Policy policy. Images shall be stored on hard drive for a minimum of 31 days.
Alcohol
All spirits shall be sold by counter sales only.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
A Challenge 21 policy shall be operated at the premises at all times. The only acceptable forms of ID shal be a valid passport, a photographic driving licence, HM Forces ID card or a PASS approved proof of age card. No other form of identification shall be accepted. Publicity materials notifying customers of the operation of the Challenge 21 scheme shall be displayed at the premises.
Register of Refusals
The Premises Licence holder or DPS shall operate and maintain an up-to-date Register of Refusals of Sale of Alcohol (electronic or written), indicating the date, time and reason for the refusal which shall be made available for inspection by Trading Standards, Local Authority Licensing Officers and Police.
Training
A documented training scheme shall be introduced for all staff in a position to sell alcohol. The contents of that scheme shall be made available for inspection at the request of Trading Standards, Local Authority Officers and Police.
The DPS or Premises Licence holder shall conduct quarterly reviews with each person authorised to sell alcohol in order to reinforce the training and to promote best practice. A written record shall be made of the content of such reviews.
