• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  A)   CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 6(8) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  1        Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

   

  B)    MANDATORY CONDITIONS

  That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

  ()                   at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises  licence, or

  ()                   at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

  That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  Door Supervisors

  Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2(1)(a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by The SIA.

  Such persons shall be emplpoyed at the premises at the discretion  of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the premises licence.

  such persons shall clearly display his/her name badge  at all times whilst on duty.

  No customers carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at times that the premises are open to the public.

  CCTV

  Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities  such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and madge available within reasonable time upon request by the police.

  Alcoholic drinks shall not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any eternal area provided for that purpose.

   

  Pubwatch

   

  The premises licence holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme.

  Children Under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 21.00

  No films or videos of any discription shall be shown so that they can be viewed  by persons under the age of any applicabel BBFC/Local Authority certification.
