  A)  CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

   

  Permitted Hours

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

   

  Licensable Activities

  All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

   

   

  )            MANDATORY CONDITIONS UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

   

  Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises

   

  (1)          The supply of alcohol must be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the club premises certificate, to members of the club for consumption on the premises.

  (2)          Any alcohol supplied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container

  (3)          Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.

  THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

   

  Noise

  There shall be placed at all exits from the club prominent, clear legibile notices that can be easily read by the public, requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.

   

   

  THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

   

  Children

  Persons under the age of 18 years shall only be allowed in the club if accompanied by an adult.

   

  Accompanied children and grandchildren of members and their bona fide guests may attend a private party held in the lounge.

   

  Young adults applying for membership must satisfy the Committee that they are over the age of 18 years of age, if necessary by producing proof of age.

   

  Training

  Committee members and staff shall be instructed in the offence provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to alcohol and the protection of children.
