ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
The premises shall be secured with roller shutters and alarmed when closed.
Every incident of crime and/or disorder in the premises shall be reported to the Police.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
There shall be provided at or near the exits, sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings etc.
The area directly outside the premises shall be kept clean and tidy.
Obnoxious smells from the fryers and general cooking shall be omitted via an extractor fan so that they do not cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
