ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Alcohol
1. That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
Containers
No customers carrying open or sealed containers shall be admitted to or allow to leave the premises at any time that the premises are open to the public.
PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
When amplified musical entertainment is taking place on the premises after 22.00 all doors and windows except fire entrances and exits shall be kept closed.
Signs
Signs shall be located at the exit(s) requesting that customers leaving the premises do so quietly and with consideration to neighbours.
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Children
No one under the age of 16 shall be allowed to enter or remain on the premises after 22.00 except on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 and who are attempting to purchase alcohol shall be required to produce proof of age before such sale is made.
