ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Door Supervisors
When door staff are to be employed at the premises a register will be kept recording the times that all door staff are on and off duty, nominal roll of all door staff (name, address, badge number etc), together with details of the agency employing them if applicable. The register is to be made available for inspection at any reasonable time to the Police or other authorised persons.
Containers
Toughened glass will be used throughout the premises as far as reasonably possible.
Incidents of Crime and Disorder
All instances of crime and disorder shall be reported to the police and details shall be kept in an incident log book.
Pubwatch
The premises licence holder or their representative shall be an active member of the local pubwatch scheme.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. No nuisance shall be caused by noise or vibration coming from or transmitted through the structure of the buildings. This includes any external plant or equipment attached to the premises or within the curtlige of the premises.
2. No external speakers shall be used outside the building; this will include any beer gardens or outside drinking area or car park.
3. The use of any outside drinking/seating area will cease at 23:00.
4. The Premises Licence Holder or their representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents. A written record of those assessments and the remedial action taken shall be kept and will include the date, time of the checks and the name of the person carrying out the checks. Details of the remedial action will also be recorded.
5. There shall be placed at all exits of the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public [or members and their guests] requiring customers to leave the premises quickly and quietly. This condition also extends to car parks where car radios and members of the public may cause disturbance to local residents.
6. Refuse bottles shall not be removed from the building for disposal between the hours of 23.00 and 07.00.
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will vacate the the premises by 9:30pm.
Proof of Age Schemes - Challenge 21
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy that employees challenge all persons purchasing alcohol who appear to be under 21 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
Persons who appear to be under the age of 21 years shall be required to produce proof of age by way of a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) or if a proof of age card is not available a photo driving licence, passport or accredited student card.
