ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Alcohol
1. That no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
() at a time when the designated premise supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. That every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER
CCTV
Where CCTV is fitted, the system and retained images shall be in line with Cheshire Police standards. CCTV cameras shall monitor the whole interior of the premises.
Spirits
All spirits shall be stored and sold from behind the counter.
THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM
Challenge 21
The premises operates Challenge 21 with appropriate signage displayed on the premises.
Refusals Log
All refusals of alcohol/cigarettes to suspected underage persons, shall be entered by staff into a log book.
