ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

A)    CONDITIONS REPRODUCING THE EFFECT OF RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE USE OF THE PREMISES FOR THE EXISTING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES (PARAGRAPH 18(5) OF SCHEDULE 8 TO THE LICENSING ACT 2003).

1        Permitted Hours
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the times this certificate authorises the carrying out of licensable activities.

2.   Licensable Activities
All licensable activities shall only be provided for club members and/or any bona fide guests of a member of the club.

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME & DISORDER

CCTV
Where CCTV equipment is fitted, it shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and shall be operational at all times when a licensable activity takes place on the premises.

Door Security
A door entry security system shall be used at all times.

THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE

Doors & Windows
The Premises Licence holder shall ensure that all doors and windows within the premises are to be kept closed at all times whilst regulated entertainment is taking place, except in the case of emergencies.

THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM

Children
Restricted access to licensed areas by children when alcohol is being served.
