ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER
Drugs Policy
The Premises Licence holder shall have in place a drugs policy for the premises. The Premises Licence holder or other nominated person shall then ensure that this drugs policy is complied with at all times when the premises are open to the public.
Glassware
Glassware shall not be used or supplied
CCTV
There shall be a CCTV system installed and operational the CCTV shall comply with the Cheshire Police CCTV Operating Requirements and images shall be made available to the police for crime prevention and detection purposes. Sufficient staff shall be trained to operate the system to ensure that such images shall be available to the police as required for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE
Noise
Doors and windows shall be kept closed at night to prevent the transmission of noise.
Customers shall be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for neighbours.
Delivery drivers shall be instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately and at all times to have in mind neighbours (particularly residential occupiers).
Music
Music shall not be played in the premises
Access to the premises
Customers shall not be permitted on the premsies between the hours of 01.00 and 07.00. Between these times only telephone orders for delivery shall be accepted.
